Don't like these 'grams' readings. It's a little bit discouraging.
Am trying to walk for 20 mins a day. I can usually cover 2km in that time.
The idea is to walk 2 or 3 times a day.
Working up to it.
haven't been swimming this week, been too cold in the mornings for Rod to go and I don't want to go by myself.
